The right time is late August through October, and earlier in that range is better because seedlings root before winter while the soil is warm. Spring seeding usually fails here because young fescue can't survive its first Virginia summer.

We email you the Friday before your service week and again the morning of your service. Please unlock gates and clear toys, hoses and furniture off the lawn so the technician can treat the whole area.

No. We complete the work as scheduled, leave a door hanger and a yard sign, and send an email after service with any notes about your lawn. Most customers never need to be there.

We reschedule, since applying weed control right before a downpour wastes product and your money. Routes shift around the weather, and you'll get a new notification when your visit is rescheduled.

Call or text us and we'll come back out. Weeds don't run on our schedule, and a return visit between applications is simply part of the program.
