Perimeter pest treatment creates a protective barrier around your home to keep pests like ants, spiders, and other insects from entering. We apply a safe and effective treatment along the foundation, windows, doors, and other entry points to stop pests before they get inside.
We typically perform 4-5 applications between April and September, with treatments spaced about 4 weeks apart to ensure continuous protection.
While no service can guarantee 100% elimination, our treatments significantly reduce the populations of these pests, making your yard more enjoyable and safer for your family.
Our service targets mosquitoes and ticks using a misting application that treats trees, shrubs, and areas where these pests thrive. We also use insect growth regulators (IGRs) to prevent mosquito breeding in standing water.
You can water the fertilizer to activate it faster, but it’s not required. We recommend staying off the lawn for 2 hours after an application to let the products dry completely.
Our proprietary organic-based fertilizers slowly release nutrients over 10–12 weeks, improving your lawn’s health and soil quality while reducing environmental impact. We work with university Agronomists to develop and fine tune our fertilizer blends based on soil testing.
Most clients choose to aerate and overseed every year to maintain optimal lawn health and appearance. However, some opt to do it every other year depending on their lawn's condition and specific needs.
Before the service, ensure your lawn is free of leaves and other debris and water the lawn if the soil is dry. After the service, we recommend watering daily for 10-14 days to keep the soil moist and help the new seed germinate. Avoid mowing for about two weeks or until the new grass reaches a height of 3 inches.
We perform aeration and overseeding in the fall, from September through October. Fall is ideal because cooler temperatures and increased moisture help the new seed germinate and thrive while minimizing stress on the existing grass.
Overseeding involves spreading high-quality grass seed over your existing lawn to fill in bare spots, increase turf density, and introduce improved grass varieties. This leads to a greener, healthier lawn that’s better at resisting weeds, pests, and diseases.
We sharpen our mower blades twice per week to ensure clean, precise cuts for the health of your lawn. Dull blades can tear the grass, causing stress and making it more susceptible to disease. By maintaining sharp blades, we deliver a professional finish while promoting healthier, more resilient grass.
No, we don’t bag clippings as it’s not recommended for the health of your lawn. Mulching the clippings allows them to return vital nutrients to the soil, improving its fertility and overall health. This process also helps your lawn retain moisture and reduces the need for additional fertilizer applications.
We only offer weekly mowing because it’s far better for the health of your lawn. Mowing weekly prevents overgrowth, reduces stress on the grass, and promotes a thicker, healthier lawn that naturally resists weeds and disease. Bi-weekly mowing can damage your lawn by cutting too much at once, leading to browning and uneven growth.
We work hard to maintain a consistent weekly schedule but may adjust based on weather or other factors. Let us know if you have a preferred mowing day, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Our weekly mowing service ensures a clean and professional cut at the ideal height of 3”-4” to keep your lawn healthy. We also edge along driveways, sidewalks, and garden beds and clean up clippings for a polished finish.
It’s normal for new weeds to appear as seasons change. We’ll address these at your next scheduled visit. If treated weeds don’t die after two weeks, let us know, and we’ll return at no charge to retreat your lawn.
We target over 40 types of weeds, including Crabgrass, Clover, Dandelions, and more, using pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides. Each application includes granular fertilizer and liquid weed control to improve your lawn’s health while eliminating weeds. You'll see continuous improvement with every visit.
