This application is a commercial quality fungicide designed to treat the most difficult to control diseases in our Northern VA lawns, including Brown Patch, Red-Thread, Pythium and Dollar Spot. This visit is a liquid application and is done on a separate visit to your regularly scheduled service. After signup, we will come to treat your lawn as quickly as possible, generally within 5 business days.
Our fungicide treatment stops active disease in its tracks and provides 30 days of protection. A properly applied application helps maintain a uniform green color across your lawn, preventing spots and discoloration caused by fungal issues. It’s the same approach golf courses use to keep their turf looking consistently healthy and vibrant during challenging weather conditions.
We apply Propiconazole at a rate of 88ozs per acre, which is the highest allowable label rate to tackle Brown Patch, Red-Thread, Pythium and Dollar Spot.
